Gulf of Aqaba and Gulf of Suez
Sailing distance from Aqaba to Suez Canal = 300nm
Last night sailed South towards the tip of the Sinai Peninsula then round to sail North toward the Suez canal.
Fairly normal sea day enjoying the ship and the good weather.
Went to a presentation in illuminations by Paul Fellows “Things That Go Bump in the Night”. All about the formation of the Solar System, meteors, comets, etc. Fascinating stuff, just so many things to learn.
This evening anchored off Port Suez, with many other vessels and one other cruise ship waiting for our “convoy” tomorrow through the Suez Canal.
